AS NEEDED CONSULTATION
I agree to pay CONSULTANTS FOR EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES,
INC. (CERR) $750 for an informal discussion and question format
for use on an as needed basis for a period not to exceed six hours
in six months. This advice will be given through the Internet only,
either by Instant Message programs or through email. During the
informal, as needed discussions, CERR will help _______________________
¨ determine profile of desired college types
¨ develop an initial list of colleges
¨ outline a program of activities for investigating, applying,
and enrolling in a college of choice
¨ advise how to use effectively the high school counselor
¨ give guidance in the application for financial aid
¨ serve as a general resource for questions and conflict resolution.
I understand that CERR will NOT speak directly
with colleges on my student's behalf. Because I ACCEPT the information
and advice from CERR, which is given in good faith and to the extent
of the knowledge and experience of CERR, I agree NOT to hold CERR
liable for the outcome of the application process.

Comprehensive Counseling
I agree to pay CERR $2,400 to guide _______________________
through the entire college application process. This counseling
will be given on a SCHEDULED monthly basis through the Internet
only, either by Instant Message programs or through email. Also,
informal, as needed discussions may be used between the scheduled
sessions. CERR will provide help in the following for _______________________
¨ determining profile of desired college types
¨ developing a list of colleges
¨ providing a suggested schedule for further standardized testing,
if needed
¨ advising ways to use effectively the high school counselor
¨ using the Internet in researching colleges
¨ using the Internet in researching financial aid
¨ planning a successful application strategy
¨ reviewing essays and suggesting needed improvements
¨ preparing for college interviews
¨ planning for productive college visits
¨ preparing applications
¨ making the final choice among accepting colleges at the time
of acceptance
¨ advising on questions that occur prior to enrollment
I will make an initial payment of $1000 and three
additional scheduled payments of $467 to be arranged so that payment
is completed no later than April 1 of my student's senior year.
If the consulting arrangement begins after April 1, an initial payment
of $1,000 will be made and one additional payment of $467 is to
be paid by August 15 of my student's senior year.
I understand that CERR will NOT speak directly
with colleges on my student's behalf. Because I ACCEPT the information
and advice from CERR, which is given in good faith and to the extent
of the knowledge and experience of CERR, I agree NOT to hold CERR
liable for the outcome of the enrollment process.

NOTE:
¨ Families may decide to switch from As Needed Consulting to
Comprehensive Consulting at any time by agreeing to the terms of
the Comprehensive Consulting and making arrangements to pay the
increase in the fee which is $1650 additional.
